Donal is responsible for the development, organisational leadership and overall strategic direction of ARAMARK Healthcare across the UK and Ireland. Donal is part of the global ARAMARK Healthcare management team and works closely with them to ensure that the best resources and latest in Healthcare developments are made available locally to both clients and the ARMARK Healthcare team.

Donal’s career has included 3 years as the Chief Operating officer for Alltracel Pharmaceuticals PLC, 4 years as the Managing Director of Campbell Bewley Group and most recently was the Commercial Director for ARAMARK Ireland for 3 years.
